- Alternate ending sequence
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding alternate ending. Notice: To unlock all the endings easily, successfully complete the game, and save when prompted. Load that saved game file to resume from the second part of the game. Additionally, the second playthrough has additional story scenes, and the third playthrough gives you the option of endings C and D, or ending B again if you fail to meet the goals for those endings. Finally, ending D will delete all of your saved game data except for the settings.

Ending C	Successfully complete the game after unlocking Endings A and B, then fight a Boss after the Ending A or B final Boss; when given a choice, choose the top option.
Ending B	Successfully complete the game with a cleared saved game file after unlocking Ending A.
Ending A	Successfully complete the game.
Ending D	Successfully complete the game with Ending A and B, collect all 30 weapons, and fight a Boss after the Ending A or B final Boss; when given a choice, choose the bottom option.

- Avoiding delay after falling
To avoid crumpling when hitting the ground after falling, perform a double jump immediately before landing.

Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:

Educated Warrior	Read the final novel segment.
Village Handyman	Finish 10 quests.
Man of Means	Accumulate 1,000,000 pieces of gold.
Combo Fanatic	Pull off a 50-hit combo.
Wordsmith	Acquire 50 percent of all words.
The Magic Man	Learn every type of magic.
Jack of All Trades	Finish 20 quests.
Silver Trophies
A True Friend	Overcome a berserking shade within one minute.
Boss of the Junk Heap	Overcome P-33 within four and a half minutes.
Combo Master	Pull off a 100-hit combo.
Weapons Acquireor	Find every weapon.
Scourge of the Aerie	Overcome Wendy within eight and a half minutes.
A Dirge for the Hero	Overcome Goose within two minutes.
The Once and Final King	Overcome the Shade inside you within three and a half minutes.
Book Burner	Destroy the world-saving tome within one and a half minutes.
Soul Crusher	Overcome the betrayers within three and a half minutes.
Protector of Facade	Overcome Roc within three and a half minutes.
Go-To Guy	Finish 30 quests.
King of the Lost Shrine	Overcome Gretel within two and a half minutes.
Permission Granted	Overcome the betrayers within two and a half minutes.
The Strongest Bond	Overcome someone you care for within three and half minutes.

Bronze Trophies
Fish of Legend	You caught a rhizodont.
Release	You freed Kainé from her petrification.
Material Hunter	You collected 50 types of raw materials.
A World in Flux	You defeated the Shadowlord.
Lightspeed Fighter	You completed the game within fifteen hours.
The Sheep Whisperer	You killed 100 sheep.
The Book of Legend	Grimoire Weiss joined your party.
All Aboared!	You rode a boar for at least five minutes.
Improve Apprentice	You upgraded 5 weapons to their maximum level.
The Mellow Companion	Emil joined your party.
Legendary Gardener	You successfully cultivated the legendary flower.
Reform Specialist	You upgraded 15 weapons to their maximum level.
The Wild Companion	Kainé joined your party.
Key Acquireor	You unlocked the key to the Shadowlord's castle.
Silver Trophies
Call Her Back	You viewed the first ending (Ending A).
A Round by the Pond	You caught one of every type of fish.
Lingering Memories	You viewed the second ending (Ending B).
Forging Master	You upgraded 30 weapons to their maximum level.
Gold Trophies
Thank You	You viewed the third ending (Ending C).
Something Very Special	You viewed the fourth ending (Ending D).
Platinum Trophies
The Final Verse	Unlock all other trophies.
