Return to any cleared character, and look for a short grey alternate route near the end of one of their normal routes. Use that route, and follow the grey path. Successfully complete the Honnoji stage to unlock Nobunaga.

Hattori Hanzo	Successfully complete Level 4 of Kotaro Fuma's blue route.
