Morbid Dismemberment	Kill an enemy with your own dismembered arm.
Nightmare in Arkham	Unlock 25% of Dr. West's journal.
Razor of Hell	Get 100 kills with Splatter Slash.
Anvil Horror	Get three S-ranks in Survival Arena mode.
Killer of Killers	Get an S-Rank in Survival Arena mode.
Downpour of Blood	Get 100 kills with Splatter Smash.

Silver Trophies
Bride of the Corrupted	Finish the game on any difficulty.
Lust for After Life	Unlock all skills.
Pyre for the Damned	Finish Phase 10
Shattered Narcissus	Finish Phase 8
Triumph of Iron	Get 500 kills with non-fleshy weapons.
Happy Ending?	Re-assemble all of Jen's photos.
Vigorous Vengeance	Perform 150 Splatterkills.

Successfully complete the game to unlock a special mask for Rick.

- Splatterhouse 2 game
Successfully complete Phase 4: The Meat Factory to unlock the Splatterhouse 2 game.

- Original Splatterhouse game
Successfully complete Phase 2: The Doll That Bled to unlock the original Splatterhouse game.

- Brutal mode
Successfully complete Story mode on any difficulty to unlock the Brutal difficulty.

- Splatterhouse 3 game
Successfully complete Phase 8: Reflections In Blood to unlock the Splatterhouse 3 game.

- Secret missions in Survival mode
Successfully complete the indicated tasks to unlock secret missions in Survival mode:

6. Kill 50 enemies in Berserk mode.

2. Take no damage for 2 minutes.
