- Losing 1,000 lives easily Use the following trick to unlock the Prinny raid skill easily. Rebegin the game by going to the Runaway Shop. Select the 'Hell's Finest' difficulty. Choose the Moab Fortress, and proceed until reaching the Boss. Allow the game to idle here to lose 1,000 lives in approximately two hours.
- Alternate endings Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding ending:
Asagi
Successfully complete Asagi mode.

- Asagi mode (alternate story) At the title screen, highlight the 'New Game' option, and press Triangle, Square, O, Triangle, Square, O, X. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a voice. In the Japanese version, press Triangle, Square, X, Triangle, Square, X, O. Alternately, collect all the various Torn Letters hidden throughout the game to unlock Asagi mode (alternate story).
- Commit suicide While you are playing this game, keep pushed L + R and press X to make Prinny explode and rebegin from the last save point.
- Fight against Etna Acquire 100 Lucky. Then, select the third option in the castle door to fight against Etna.
- Cave Of Ordeals stage Acquire 70 Lucky to unlock the Cave Of Ordeals stage.
- Overcomeing Chefbot 9000 Stun Chefbot 9000, and attack him. After the stars fade above his head, hip-pound the flaming keyhole, and his shield counters will fade.
- Prinny raid skill Lose all 1,000 lives, then begin a new game.
- Overcomeing Prinny Laharl Stun Laharl, then do not attack him further. Pick him up, and throw him to instantly kill him.
