- Boss Rush mode
Acquire the map pieces from the One Piece Unlimited Cruise Bosses on the Unlimited difficulty to unlock Boss Rush mode. Notice: They must be defeated with the Fury Boost in order for the map pieces to appear.

- Prequel bonus
Have a completed saved game file from One Piece Unlimited Cruise: Episode 1. You can transfer your character stats and Boss characters. This will also unlock the Hard mode option.

- Versus mode characters
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character:

Kizaru	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 4).
Kid	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 1).
Shanks	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 2).
Final Boss (second form)	Overcome him on the Hard difficulty (Island 5).
Kaku	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 3).
Final Boss	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 5).
Edward Newgate (optional boss)	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 3).
Pauly (optional boss)	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 2).
Leopard Lucci	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 3).
Smoker	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 2).
Mihawk	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 2).
Doflamingo	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 4).
Crocodile	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 1).
Human Lucci (optional boss)	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 2).
Garp (optional boss)	Overcome him on the Unlimited difficulty (Island 4)
One Piece Unlimited Cruise Bosses	Have a saved game from One Piece Unlimited Cruise
Vivi (optional boss)	Overcome him on the Normal difficulty (Island 1).

- Survival mode
Successfully complete the game on the Normal difficulty to unlock Survival mode.
