- Rampage Ring
Successfully complete all Survival mode quests to unlock the Rampage Ring.

- Double Rampage Ring 2
Successfully complete 160 Story mode quests to unlock Double Rampage Ring 2.

- Hard mode
Successfully complete the game on the Normal difficulty to unlock the Hard difficulty.

- Alternate costumes
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding costume:


- Wallpaper
Successfully complete 40 quests to unlock wallpaper.

- Violent mode
Successfully complete the game on the Hard difficulty to unlock the Violent difficulty.

- Select locked Young Aya or Young Saki
Have either Young Aya or Young Saki unlocked. Push Z on the 'Young' version of the girl you have unlocked. Before she loads, quickly switch to the other girl (that you do not have the 'Young' version unlocked). The 'Young' version of the character that was supposed to be locked will instead load.

- Berserk mode
Successfully complete the game on the Violent difficulty to unlock the Berserk difficulty.

- Play as Misery
Successfully complete Story mode with Saki to unlock Misery.

- Watch mode
Successfully complete Chapter 8 in Story mode to unlock Watch mode.

- Play as Reiko
Successfully complete Story mode with Aya to unlock Reiko.
