During the character introduction cinematic before a match begins, keep pushed [Partner]. You will begin the match as your partner.

- Bonus movies
Unlock Yatterman-2 to unlock Opening Movie 2. Successfully complete the game with Frank West, Joe the Condor, Tekkaman Blade, Yatterman-2, and Zero to unlock Secret Movie.

- Icons
Successfully complete Arcade mode to unlock an icon for 'Player Setting' for that particular character. Successfully complete all paths in the Ultimate All-Shooters mini-game to unlock the POW and Sub-Weapon icons. Unlock and purchase all items from the shop to unlock the Zombie Portrait icon.

- Bonus characters
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character for purchase at the shop in the North America version:

Frank West	Successfully complete the game with three Capcom characters.
Tekkaman Blade	Successfully complete the game with three Tatsunoko characters.
Joe the Condor	Successfully complete the game with six Tatsunoko characters.
Yatterman-2	Successfully complete the game with Frank West, Joe the Condor, Tekkaman Blade, and Zero.
Zero	Successfully complete the game with six Capcom character.

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character for purchase at the shop in the Japanese version:

Ippatsuman	Successfully complete the game with three Tatsunoko characters; costs 2,000 Zenny.

During the credits, press any button, and the music will change, and Doronjo and her allies on a bike will appear. Acquire all of the yellow letters to spell 'THANK YOU FOR PLAYING'. Successfully complete the playable bike sequence to unlock the Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Ultimate All-Shooters mini-game.

- Character mini-games
Successfully complete the game to unlock a mini-game specific to the character you used.

- Victory pose
After winning a match, press Plus at the 'You Be victorious in' screen to move your character around.

- Special illustrations in Gallery mode
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding special illustration for purchase at the shop:

Special Illustration #3	Successfully complete the game ten times.
Special Illustration #2	Successfully complete the game five times.
Special Illustration #4	Successfully complete the game fifteen times.
Special Illustration #5	Successfully complete the game twenty times.

- Fourth character color
Successfully complete Stage 8 (final Boss) in Arcade mode to unlock the fourth color for that particular character.
