Do the following things to obtain the corresponding Gamerscore points:

Looking Cool	Customize your vehicle or rider.

Green to Checkers	Get the holeshot and win a race.

YeeeeHawww	Pull a wheelie over 150 feet.

Off and Racing	Finish a race.

Getting Known	Reach Rider XP Level 2 and meet James Stewart.

Create an Image	Almost Amateur, Reach Rider XP Level 6 and make a name for yourself.

Level Headed	Reach Amateur Status at Rider XP Level 10.

Inverted	Land a backflip.

Gone Shopping	Visit the MotoClub Depot.

True Skills	Change your Rider Skills.
15 Points

Racing Forward	Almost Pro, Reach Rider XP level 18.

World Class	Finish 50 races on Xbox LIVE.

Ouch	Wreck 50 times.

Radical Dude	Be victorious in the race and do a 360 over the finish line jump.

Getting Comfortable	Gain a podium 3 races sequentially.

Underdog	Clear a rider with a higher Rider XP than you.

When It Counts	Be victorious in a race after not leading until the last lap.
20 Points

Top of the Line	Own a 3 star MX or ATV.

Bragging Rights	Clear a friend's record in a Free Ride Challenge.

Showtime	Pull off 100 stunts.

On the Edge	Save 35 wrecks using wreck avoidance.

Testing the Waters	Hydroplane over 120 feet of water.

Be the Star	Be victorious in a race with the James Stewart character.

Fast Lap	Capture a record lap time.

No Help Needed	Gain a podium on Xbox LIVE with assists turned off.

On the Right Track	Finish a race without going off track.

High Miles	Ride for over 100 miles in Free Ride.

Cover the Bases	Finish at least one race at each track.

Challenger	Gain a medal in a Free Ride Challenge.

Medal Chaser	Be victorious in a Gold medal in a Free Ride Challenge.

Factory Garage	Own a 3 star vehicle for each class.
25 Points

It's On	Welcome to the big leagues, it's time to race James Stewart, Pro Rider XP level 25.

Play Rides	Find the bonus vehicle in all of the Free Ride events.

MotoSport Holeshot King	Capture 3 MotoSport holeshots sequentially.
30 Points

All Around Talent	Achieve every level 1 Race Goal.

Free Ride Pro	Get at least a silver in all the Challenges in a Free Ride event.

Rollerball	Finish 5 overtakes with bar banging in a race.

Podium Pro	Gain a podium on each track.

Bully	Finish 50 overtakes using bar banging.

New Hero, for Now	Overcome James Stewart in a race.

That Was Close	Save 100 wrecks using wreck avoidance.
40 Points

Greatest of All Time	Be victorious in a race at every track.

Front Runner	Be victorious in 35 races online.
50 Points

Hot Streak	Be victorious in 5 races sequentially.
100 Points

Record Chaser	Reach Rider XP level 50, chasing records is all that is left.

- Avatar Awards
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding Avatar Award:

MX Jersey	Achieve every Level 1 Race Goal, and get the 'All Around Talent' achievement.

Gold Helmet	Reach Rider XP Level 50, and get the 'Record Chaser' achievement.

T-Shirt	Finish a race, and get the 'Off And Racing' achievement.
