Put all the best players on a team, then make a franchise and play. Near the end of the year (season or playoffs), make all your players bad and sign them to get them for cheap.

- Avoiding bad phone calls
To avoid bad phone calls, just save the game and answer the call. If it is a bad call, reload the game and try again.

- Easy goals
While on a break away, keep pushed Speedburst then keep pushed X for a slap shot. Take the shot at an angle to score a lot of the time.

Can't Keep Me Down	Realize a goal when 2 men down on Pro difficulty or higher in a single-player game.
Revenge	Realize a penalty shot on All-Star difficulty or higher in a single-player game.
Fast Begin	Realize a goal in the first minute of play on All-Star difficulty or higher in a single-player game.
Champions	Be victorious in the Stanley Cup in Franchise on Pro difficulty or higher.
65 Points
No Mercy!	Be victorious in a game by 10 or more goals on Pro difficulty or higher in a single-player game.
75 Points
Dominance	Be victorious in Stanley Cup and Presidents Trophy in the same year in Franchise on Pro difficulty or higher.
Brick Wall	Record 5 consecutive shutouts in Franchise mode on Pro difficulty or higher.
100 Points
Dynasty	Be victorious in 3 Stanley Cups sequentially in Franchise on Pro difficulty or higher.
Online Gamer	Play 30 ranked matches online.
115 Points
Online Champion	Be victorious in an online league with at least 8 players.
150 Points
Are We There Yet?	Be victorious in 100 games.
