SuperHero mode
Successfully complete the game on the Hard difficulty to unlock SuperHero mode. In this mode, you will have infinite health, but can still be harmed by hazards.

Do the following things to obtain the corresponding Gamerscore points:

| The World is Safe For Now | Finish the game once. | | | A Hero's Workout | Overcome 50 enemies. | | | Unscathed | Overcome any level without getting hit. | | | 15 Points | | Versatility | Harm the final boss using each alien before delivering the final blow. | | | A Hero's Marathon | Overcome 300 enemies. | | | Playing with a Full Deck | Unlock all alien forms by beating levels 1-10. | | | 20 Points | | Key Master | Acquire all keycards. | | | The Fast Lane | Finish the game in less than 3 hours. | | | No Time to Waste | Post a time on all level leaderboards. | | | Ala Carte | Finish a level without collecting any health or energy items. | | | All Powered Up | Acquire all energy and health extenders. | | | 25 Points | | True Hero | Survive for 5 | | | | | | | | | | | | | |

Hard mode
Successfully complete the game on the Normal difficulty to unlock the Hard difficulty. In this mode, enemies will do double damage and traps are faster.

OmniMax mode
Successfully complete the game on the Hard difficulty to unlock OmniMax mode. In this mode, you will have infinite Omnitrix energy.
