Do the following things to obtain the corresponding Gamerscore points:

5 Points

Say 'No' to Pots	Shoot 30 potted plants.

Take 5	Pause the game for the first time.
10 Points

Headache	Realize 20 headshots.

Auto Dealer	Kill 50 enemies with the sub-machinegun.

Russian Attack	Kill 50 enemies with the AK-47.

Hazard Avoider	Finish the game on the Minor Hazard difficulty setting.

Hands-On Approach	Overcome an enemy using melee combat.

No Pain, No Gain	Kill an enemy with an explosive that also damages you.

Straight-A Student	Finish all of the in-game tutorials.

Second Amendment	Kill at least one enemy with every available gun.

Pull!	Kill 50 enemies with the shotgun.

Plink	Kill 50 enemies with the Hazard pistol.

Peekaboo...I Shot You!	Kill 50 enemies with the sniper rifle.

Blind Luck	Kill 25 enemies using blind fire.

It's HAZARD TIME!	Begin your first game.
20 Points

Fire Hazard	Shoot and destroy 30 fire extinguishers.

Migraine	Realize 50 headshots.

Boom.	Blow up 50 explosive objects.

Shield Master	Acquire 20 Master Shield pickups.

Pseudo-Hazard	Finish the game on the Major Hazard difficulty setting.

Uncovered	Destroy 20 destructible cover objects.

Maxx Karnage	Acquire 20 Hazard pickups.

Better than One	Realize two headshots with one bullet.

Eat FIST!	Perform 10 single-hit melee kills.

Feeling Punchy	Overcome five enemies sequentially using melee combat.

Head of the Class	Realize 100 headshots.

Just a Flesh Wound	Finish a level without dying.

Hazard Master	Finish the game on the Maximum Hazard difficulty setting.
60 Points

...Where Credit is Due	Watch the credits from beginning to end.

Bedlam Basher	Kill a Bandit from behind with a melee attack. 'Good for you. Coward.'
10 Points

Stung	Overcome Sting Sniperscope. 'Your present ends now.'

Meat Your Maker	Blast all hanging beef. 'Udder destruction? Steaking a claim? Clearing your...I can go on all day.'

Pure Energy	Get 50 Energy Pistol kills. 'Blaster? I hardly know 'er!'

Dances with Guns	Don't let any dance bots die in Level 2. 'Do dancing robots dream of disco sheep?'

Head Cheese	Kill all butcher shop enemies with headshots. 'You're not PAYING for ammo. Feel free to use more.'

Talk!	'What do you mean the interrogation feature was cut?!? Here...just take the achievement.'

Draw	Get 50 Dual-Wield Six-Shooter kills. 'Now all we need is the spaghetti...'

Housing Crisis	Escape from Dexter's mansion. 'I gotta get me a house like THAT!'

Well, I Heard them Scream	Get 50 Plasma Rifle kills. 'Plasma rifles. They're not just for Space Marines anymore.'

Observe the Grenade	Kill three Testers with one grenade launcher shot. 'Test the grenades

Russian to the Finish	Overcome General Neutronov. 'From Hazard, With Love.'

At the difficulty selection screen, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right to unlock the Maximum Hazard difficulty. Alternately, successfully complete the game.
