Pause the game, then keep pushed LT and quickly push LB(2), RB. Then, keep pushed RT and quickly push RB(2), LB. Repeat the code to disable its effect.

Vampire MK1
Unlock the Vampire during the game. Then at the main menu, keep pushed LT + RT and press LB(2), Y(2), X, LB to unlock the Vampire MK1.

At the main menu, keep pushed LT + RT and quickly push X, LB, RB, Y(2), RB, LB, X to unlock all campaign missions and planes.
