Introduction and plot

XCOM: Chimera Team offers an entirely new story and turn-based tactical combat experience in the universe of XCOM. After years of alien rule, humanity has won the war for the Land. But when the Lords fled the planet, they left their ex-soldiers behind. Now, five years after the events of XCOM 2, humans and aliens are working together to build a civilization of cooperation and coexistence. Welcome to City 31, a model of peace in a post-invasion world. However, not all the inhabitants of the Earth to support interspecies alliance. Chimera Team, an elite force of humans and aliens agents must work together to destroy the underground threats of driving the city into chaos. The agents are unique, each with special skills, tactics and driven by a different motivation for entering the Chimera Team. Targeted distribution team members to investigate and combat the dangers that pervade the neighborhoods of the City 31. Bring the Chimera Team through a new experience that innovates on XCOM's turn legacy, using strategy, team work, and the new breach-and-clear gameplay to complete the mission objectives.
