Aura Coins:A quick way to get the values to show is to double LEFT CLICK on the portrait of the COMMANDER on the list to the right of the screen at the MAP.
Base Initiative:For Right Click Unit on Map editor options, select controllable map unit, then left click it and open the COMMANDER CARD. Note the UNITS at the bottom. Right click a unit and you can edit the values.
