Activating this trainer
Press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: No Hunger
Numpad 3: No Thirst
Numpad 4: Unlimited Oxygen
Numpad 5: Easy Crafting
Numpad 6: Unlimited Tool Use
Numpad 7: Easy Construction
Numpad 8: Crafting Items Researched and Craftable
Notes
Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - once you are in the game and can see
your meter, toggle this on to fill it and lock it there.
Numpad 2: No Hunger - once you are in the game and can see
your meter, toggle this on to fill it and lock it there.
Numpad 3: No Thirst - once you are in the game and can see
your meter, toggle this on to fill it and lock it there.
Numpad 4: Unlimited Oxygen - once you are in the game and can see
your meter while swimming under the water, toggle this on
to fill it and lock it there.
Numpad 5: Easy Crafting - press I to enter the crafting menu. Next,
toggle this on. Leave the crafting menu then come back
and items are craftable.
Numpad 6: Unlimited Tool Use - some tools have a meter when you
use them that runs out and the tool is lost. Use the
tool at least once, then toggle this on.
Numpad 7: Easy Construction - once you have the building tool,
attempt to use it to build something. Then toggle this
on and you can build without materials.
Numpad 8: Crafting Items Researched and Craftable - press I to enter
the crafting menu. Next, toggle this on. Leave the crafting
menu then come back and many items that would usually need
to be researched are craftable.
