Make sure your characters are in combat and have taken damage at least once, then toggle this on and they will heal immediately when attacked again.
Characters Autoheal at Base:
Toggle on and injured characters will automatically heal while at base.
Easy Craft:
Toggle on and you can craft at will, even
Easy Build:
Toggle on and you can build buildings at will, even if you do not have the materials.
Easy Complete Quest:
Toggle on and you can click active quests and the COMPLETE button allows you to complete the quest.
Game Speed:
Toggle on to affect speed of game.
