You Don't Got A Friend In Me	Witness one of your D-Class friends get killed.
Didn't Stand A Chance	Get yourself killed in the intro. It's surprisingly easy actually.
Back At It Again	Die twice. Shouldn't be too hard for someone like you, right?
Avid Explorer	Walk through 20 different rooms without quitting or dying.
Fuck This Shit I'm Out	Start a new game and leave before the prison guard reaches you.
Radical Larry's Not So Rad	Have your first encounter with SCP-106. May he have mercy on you.
And Now You're Dead	Die for the first time. Don't let it be the last either.
The Right Answers	Answer Dr. Gears correctly and complete the intro on the first try.

Looking For Trouble	Get killed by a guard before attending the recuitment assembly.
Refined To Perfection	Find SCP-914 and upgrade one of your items with it.
Born To Die	Get killed without leaving the assembly hall following a containment breach.
Seen It All	Walk through 100 different rooms without quitting or dying.
Freedom	Escape the SCP facility and technically 'beat' the game. You'll join the ranks of the elite D-Class.
Mirror Mirror On The Wall	Find your way into a strange new land through a magic mirror.
Fearless	Descend 100 flights of SCP-087 alive.
The Cleansing	Encounter one of the so called 'unclean' inside SCP-093's dimension.
Speedrunner	Escape the facility in 30 minutes or less from a new game. Good luck, you're gonna need it.
I Shouldn't Be Alive	Survive a whole hour straight without quitting or dying.
Try Try Again	Die 100 times. If nothing else, you'll have my utmost respect.
Safety Escort	Reach an exit with at least 1 of your party members alive.
Still A Part Of Me	Escape from the pocket dimension and live to tell the tale.
