Opening crates and armored doors easily
When you are in front of a chest or armored door and you have no burglary skills, you can use a melee weapon. There is a possibility that the contents of the crates will be destroyed if they are opened this way.
Easier encounters: positioning and ambush
If you are faced with enemies that you will surely have to face, position your team well before starting the fight. A winning tactic is to put your team away from the arena, down a corridor. Equip snipers with a scope that increases range to 6 meters and place them behind the team. In a mid-point place the assault troops at a distance and in front of the melee troops equipped with tanks.
Grab the member with the shotgun with the most attack points, attack an enemy then run to your teammates. The enemies will follow you into the corridor. In the meantime, have the waiting members end their turn with the Ambush ability.
As soon as the enemies are in range, your entire team will attack in Ambush mode, decimating them before they can even fire on you. Also, being in a narrow corridor, they will be uncovered and subject to all area damage and sniper shots.
Easier casual encounters: Kodiak
At the lower difficulty levels you can use the Kodiak to put under your random enemies encountered on the world map, even passing over your allies: the latter, in fact, will not suffer damage but will move and you will be free to crush the your enemies.
Creating the perfect team
The perfect team is made up of team members that complement each other, meaning that they possess skills that others don't. You can team up 4 characters created by you and 2 companions to choose from among the characters who, within the game, will be available to face the journey with you.
Each character should have 3 basic skills to invest all the points you earn while playing. Only once you have maximized the three skills we recommend investing in a fourth skill. A skill must be combat strength: we suggest having a sniper, two different melee fighters dressed as tanks and two medium-range fighters with different firearms in your team.
The other abilities should complement each character, meaning you should give each character completely different abilities from the others. Only with your 4 characters you will not be able to cover everything, but knowing the skills of the two extra companions you could create new rangers with complementary skills (this putting aside the affection you may have towards the characters created by you) p >
Maximizing Skill Points with Books
As you explore, you will find books that will permanently increase a preset skill by 1 to the reader. When finding a book it is important to use it to cover a character's last skill point before maximizing the bar. Normally 6 skill points (two levels) will be needed to make the last point. In this way the 6 points can be used in other ways.
