Chain right click and sprint
When you land a right-click attack on an opponent, immediately press the Shift key to perform a quick dash. This sequence allows you to perform a guaranteed grab on the target immediately after the first impact, leaving the enemy no time to react.
Use the right mouse button to retreat
Most players use the right-click attack to dash forward and engage enemies. However, you can use this same ability in the opposite direction to disengage from combat, creating space between yourself and your opponents to escape when you're in trouble.
Practice against flying enemies
Use training mode to get a feel for the targets flying above the map. Practicing your jump and lock-on maneuvers in the air allows you to accurately target the most troublesome aerial opponents and eliminate them without wasting your attacks during real matches.
Avoid the simple frontal leap
Don't leap directly at your enemy and then try to turn during or after the attack. This incorrect approach reduces the ability's effectiveness and offers no tactical advantage on the battlefield.
Get closer with a snap
Begin the sequence by quickly sprinting toward your opponent. This initial movement provides the ideal position to prepare the correct combination and lock onto your target with precision.
Rotate the view 180 degrees
Immediately after the initial dash, rotate the camera 180 degrees, turning your back to the enemy. This immediate rotation changes the thrust direction of your next move.
Launch the leap to isolate the target
Activate the leap ability immediately after spinning. This technique launches Wolverine much further and drags the target directly towards the allied rearguard, allowing the team to eliminate the enemy in moments.
Increases jump distance
Tilt the camera upward when activating Vicious Rampage to cover a wider range. This tilt pushes Wolverine further than the standard range, allowing you to reach elevated positions or quickly reposition during combat.
Eliminates pauses in combos
Interrupt the basic four-hit sequence by inserting a special ability before the final swing. This combination cancels the recovery animation and keeps the attack chain going without giving enemies a break.
Ensure grip on tanks
Glue your character to your opponent by physically touching them before casting Feral Leap. Use close-range dash to close the gap and grab enemy tanks to drag them directly to your team or isolate them beyond the edges of the map.
Recharge Fury on Groot's walls
Hit enemy-created objects and structures, such as wooden walls, shields, and summons, to fill your Fury gauge. Unleash your Ultimate only at full Fury to deal significantly more damage than your base level.
Activate Ultimate on vertical walls
Launch your Ultimate move against walls and vertical surfaces instead of just flat ground. This alternate use allows you to intercept flying characters in the air and instantly take them down.
