Coordinate classes with your team
Gallipoli rewards teamwork and requires the presence of all available classes. Position officers to call in attacks, deploy machine gunners to provide the necessary soporific fire on the field, use engineers to build defenses like sandbags and barbed wire, send officers to issue orders, deploy stretcher bearers to treat the wounded, use snipers to provide covering fire, and infantrymen to resupply their teammates with ammunition and block enemy attacks.
Place re-entry points strategically
As an attacker, always push your position forward and establish spawn points as close to the objective as possible. Defenders must locate and destroy these enemy spawn points at all costs. Press three to build the spawn point, and target the icons that appear during construction to speed up the process.
Manage stamina and watch out for suppression
Stamina directly affects your accuracy and aim. Low stamina makes it difficult to hit targets at range and reduces the effectiveness of melee combat, except with the bayonet. Manage your dashes from cover to cover and be wary of enemy fire, as even behind a wall you're subject to suppression, which moves your weapon, making it nearly impossible to aim accurately.
Place weapons on surfaces
Use the surface rest system to stabilize your aim without the need for a mounted bipod. Position your rifle against shelter, walls, trenches, or rocks for instant stability.
Run while crouching
Use crouch dash to quickly move between trenches and map sectors without leaving an exposed silhouette for enemy riflemen.
Advance spawn beacons
Place respawn beacons as close as possible to the newly captured front lines. This tactic allows the team to maintain constant pressure and reduces respawn time.
Compensates for bullet drop
Calculate the distance and raise your sights slightly above your target's head when shooting at long range. Each weapon has a different muzzle velocity and trajectory that require constant practice.
Exploit the landed state
I stay down after taking damage instead of dying immediately and entering the downed state. This allows the medic to revive you and keep the team's resources intact.
