- Note: This procedure requires changing a game file; create a backup of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor and edit the file 'Baldur.ini' in the directory of the game. Put the line 'Cheats=1' under the '[Game Options]'. Then start the game and press Ctrl + Tab to see the window cheat. Write one of the following codes, press Enter, then press Ctrl + Tab to close the window and activate the following functions:

To get Extra gold
We put a potion in the belt to be used quickly. We go to the main menu to be able to observe. Let's go back in the inventory and replace the potion with a gem and we go back to the main menu of the game, where we should see the potion.
Click then on the potion; let's go back to the inventory and we'll see the gem without number. Let's go back to the main menu and click again on the potion. Finally, returning to the inventory, we should see a very high number (65555). We sell the gem to get the hard-earned gold.
