Select the level

Bring down the energy of the monster of the end of the level.
Put pause the game while fighting against a monster and press L2 (3 times), R2(3 times), Triangle (6 times) to reduce dramatically the energy of the final monster.
Kid mode
When 'Start' is lit, press L2 (3 times), Select (3 times), R2 (3 times).
