Activating this trainer

Notes
The health system in this game is scripted it means when you're supposed to die then you have to die,if a monster pulls your heart out
and if you're still breathing with maxed health (having both Unlimited Health and God Mode on) then the game gets stucks at that scene and freezes and for now this is inevitable unless
if i find a way to prevent this,so for now as a compensation what you can do is slow the monsters down with the speed options in combination with
1 Hit Kill options advance the game of course you could also make a use of the Dumb Enemies options too in which either they're
standing there doing nothing or just follow you arround without attacking you.
