Easy Catch Fish:
The fish is tired and likely won't try to get off the line as hard. Make SURE you set the hook and the fish is properly HOOKED or they will get off the line no matter WHAT you do, whether this is ON or OFF. This is mostly designed to try and keep your LINE from breaking.
Super Fish Size:
Toggle on and while you are reeling in the fish, it will be a bigger fish. You can modify the weight in the trainer editor. Note that fish too big for your reel or rod can break the rod and reel and be impossible to reel in, so use numbers here that make sense, or have the gear to handle it. You can protect the rod and reel with other options, but still heavy fish require the correct gear to reel them in.

In Sandbox you can Teleport on the Map and also do Underwater. You can use this to play realistic, but also change it so you can teleport and do other things at whim.
Weight:
Once you hook a fish, you can use this to manipulate it's stats. Make sure to modify this BEFORE you have it back to you and deciding whether to keep it or release it. If you HOOK the fish properly and have EASY CATCH on, you should have time to manipulate the weight before you reel it in.
