On map open troop menu. Press hotkey or use editor. Go back to map to see it has changed.
Selected Character:
On troop menu mouse hover (select) the character. Press hotkeys or use editor.
Easy Crafting:
While active open crafting menu and you can craft everything for free. If an item is still locked just open crafting menu again.
Unlimited Item Usage:
While active you can use as many items during battle as you want.
