While on map press hotkey to reveal fog of war. You may have to run into fog once after pressing. Party EXP / Skill Points:
At mission select click on one of your party member avatars at the left. Now press hotkey or use editor. Switch to another party member to see changes. Changing party EXP also changes your skill points as its based on your EXP.
