Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: Unlimited Stamina/Breath
Numpad 3: Unlimited Underwater Swimming
Numpad 4: Freeze Astral Time
Numpad 5: Set Knowledge
Numpad 6: Spirit/Skill Points
Numpad 7: Sneaky
Notes
Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - toggle on and the trainer will try to keep
this meter full.
Numpad 2: Unlimited Stamina/Breath - toggle on and the trainer will try to keep
this meter full.
Numpad 3: Unlimited Underwater Swimming - toggle on and the trainer will try to keep
this meter full.
Numpad 4: Freeze Astral Time - toggle this on to try and keep the hourglass timer
for when astal time is in place and you are searching for another body.
Numpad 5: Set Knowledge - while in the game, press this to set the value, to the
value shown in the trainer.
Numpad 6: Set Spirit/Skill Points - while in the game, press this to set the value, to the
value shown in the trainer.
Numpad 7: Sneaky - toggle this on to try and be more sneaky or less noticeable to'
creatures in the game.
