If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.

Notes
Player Units Invincible:
Toggle on and your units and buildings cannot be damaged.
Carnage Mode:
Toggle on and damage in the game is incredible, and basically most things in the game are instantly destroyed. If you do not have Invincible Units option on, it WILL affect your units as well.
AI Units Invincible:
Toggle on and AI units and buildings cannot be damaged.
Game Updates Give Max Resources:
Toggle on and while this is on when the game periodically updates, adding or subtracting resources, this will give you max of that resource.
Buying Buildings Or Units Doesn't Decrease Resources:
While this is on, when you build things or construct units, generally no resources or spaces will be taken up or used. LEAVE OFF WHEN NOT CONSTRUCTING!
