Notes
Unlimited Money:
Toggle on and you have plenty.
Instant Complete Buildings:
Toggle on and when they begin construction, it is completed instantly.
Unlock All Buildings:
Toggle on and buildings with LOCK on it are UNLOCKED. May still have other requirements to place them, however.
No Population Requirements To Build:
Toggle on and you can place buildings even if you do not have the population type requirement.
Can Build Without Resources:
Toggle on and most buildings the pioneers will begin building even without the correct number of resources.
Allow Population Type Upgrades:
Toggle on and you will note the Population Type (i.e. Settlers, Merchants) needs are met. Soon the houses will be upgradeable if this is left on.
Reset Needs of Humans:
DO NOT LEAVE ON! This is useful when your city's population is running low on water, food, or mood. Toggle on, wait for things to reset, then toggle back off.
