Most enemies have a hard time attacking you. Enemies Can't Hear:

Toggle on, then enter the crafting station, and you can easily craft most items even if you do not have the materials. Make sure you level up your crafting skills so all items are unlock. Toggle back OFF once done crafting. Game Speed:
Toggle on to speed up the game.
