Pick Yourself up by Your Bootstraps: Achievement PSN of South Park: The Fractured But Whole

You get access to the Sodosopa Homeless camp on day 3 of the story. You can still return here after the story to do the trophy. There is some money on the floor and some other objects you can loot. Carefully look behind every tent and look for the money on the ground. It can be hard to see so walk very slowly and keep pressing X (PS4) / A (XB1).
You don't need to Fartkour up the tower for this. You only need the stuff on the ground level directly in the homless camp.
