Exploiting Walls and Walls
Position yourself near walls or solid surfaces during battle.Execute a perfect parry to push enemies back against the walls, temporarily pinning them and draining much of their stamina to prepare them for final attacks.
Executing the Issen Counterattack
Watch your enemies' movements carefully.Tap the attack button with pinpoint precision just as your opponent's attack is about to connect with you to activate the Issen Counter.This move allows you to sidestep the attack and counterattack with devastating effect, capable of instantly eliminating smaller enemies.
Using Blade Barrage
Connect your katana blade directly to your enemy's to initiate Blade Barrage when you see a clear attack coming.Press the opposite attack button to launch a surprise strike and win the blade duel.
Managing Difficulty and Visual Aids
If you prefer to enjoy the story without excessive frustration, select Story Mode from the Mirror Spirit menu.Enable the Action Prompts setting to display command prompts directly on enemies before they launch an attack.

Track Issen Attacks on-screen
Check how many successful Issen attacks you've performed by looking at the gold icon in the lower left corner of the screen.This indicator clearly shows your progress during combat in the demo.
Unlock the Special Challenge
Complete the demo after landing ten Issen attacks to unlock the Special Challenge mode.This option allows you to tackle the challenging Byakue boss fight directly from the game's main menu.
