Saber Interactive shows off a Gameplay Overview trailer for the survival horror game written with Clive Barker: Doug Bradley returns as Pinhead.
Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival is just over a week away, and Saber Interactive has just laid its cards on the table with a new Gameplay Overview trailer. The game launches on October 8, 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2.
The story follows Aidan Lynch, who must use the Genesis Configuration - the game's take on the saga's iconic puzzle box - to save his girlfriend Sunny, trapped inside the hellish Labyrinth. Doug Bradley returns to voice and portray Pinhead, a role he's played since the original 1987 film: this isn't a token cameo, the story was written together with Clive Barker himself.
The trailer leans more on melee combat than ranged fighting - heavy close-quarters weapons, a handful of firearms, and the deliberate feeling of being one step from death rather than the star of a power fantasy. Xalavier Nelson Jr., who voices Aidan, told Deadline the goal was to make the Labyrinth feel "familiar and alien at the same time" to fans of the series.
Honestly, after years of lukewarm horror adaptations, a game co-written with the franchise's original creator deserves some trust. We'll keep you posted as more details land before launch.
