Reach the Taymyr region and unlock the Quarry map
Travel to Taymyr in the Drowned Lands region to unlock the following maps. Access the Taymyr contracts section and complete the Geological Exploration mission by loading the seismic vibrator module onto your truck and scanning the three marked points on the map. Right after, complete the Looking Beyond the Horizon mission by delivering two metal beams, spare parts and a cargo container to the radio tower to unlock access to the Quarry map.
Reach the Rift map to find the Tuz 420 Tatarin vehicle
Enter the Quarry map and follow the road that leads to the Rift crossing. Once in the Rift region, locate the Tuz 420 Tatarin vehicle positioned in the middle of the wooded area to start the Pacifist side mission.
Repair and refuel the Tuz 420 Tatarin
Hitch a service trailer to your truck starting from the initial fuel station in Rift and head northwest to reach the position of the Tuz 420 Tatarin stuck in the pit. Temporarily unhitch the trailer to free and move the vehicle out of the muddy area, then re-hitch the trailer to first repair the structural damage and finally top up the fuel tank to complete the mission and obtain the vehicle.
