Learn the alphabet numbers
Match each digit from 0 to 9 to a specific letter based on its position in the alphabet. Remember the exceptions shown in the video: 6 sounds like S, 9 sounds like N, and zero looks like the letter O.
Build the two-digit PAO system
Set up a fixed two-digit system based on the PAO method, which stands for Person, Action and Object. Assign each number combination from 00 to 99 to a specific person, paired with a unique action and object for every number.
Spot the instant numbers
Write out every number from 00 to 99 on a sheet of paper and scan the list for digits that instantly trigger familiar mental associations, like famous characters or well-known logos tied to those numbers.
Memorize six-digit blocks
Tackle long numeric sequences by splitting the numbers into groups of six digits. Assign the first two digits to a person, the middle two to an action and the last two to an object, combining it all into a single memorable mental image.
