Cheats and Codes for Saints Row 2 on PS3

Introduction and Game Plot

Saints Row 2 for PlayStation 3 brings the Saints gang to Stilwater, a Sony console version. Cheats are activated from the in-game phone: pause the game, select Dialer, and enter the number using the pound key. The page explains that, after the confirmation message, the code appears in the Codes menu, and includes the numbers for maximum health, vehicle mass, and player skill, along with other effects.

Tricks and Secrets

Secret islands: fly far from the western coast of the prison: there are 5 islands (Skeleton, Guard, Ruins, Ship Wreck, Super Secret). Easter Bunny: follow the arrow from the Ruins island (near the Super Secret one, with the Easter Egg) to the X: you are teleported into a ring of arrows pointing to the bunny.
Easy money: fill some tanks in the garage and blow them up: they reappear. You will pay $600 in repairs but earn $1,000 with every destruction.
Easy escape: use the Bear (police APC): almost invulnerable, climbs over other cars, machine gun with infinite ammo, 3 passengers.
Zombie Uprising: use the burning zombies as a weapon (run through the crowd so they set the others on fire) and headshots for the small ones.
Others: on top of a vehicle press Triangle to get in right away; on a motorcycle (better the Prototype) drive up a wall, do a wheelie and hold Up with the gas; with a human shield use the Taser (L2) to save ammo; bring 3 residents: if the car has 2 seats the others follow you in another one.
Exploded doll: north of the lighthouse on the prison island, in the big conduit with graffiti (it disappears after a while). Fishing and gym: stand still at the harbor or in the prison area and the character starts fishing or lifting weights.

Bosses

Akuji (tea house): counter his attacks with L, hit him 2 times on the ground and repeat.
Maero: on the roof hit him with an RPG until he falls and shoot until he dies; in the arena destroy all the trucks except his with missiles and shoot his.
Mr. Sunshine: missile on the voodoo doll to take away his shield, then shoot him; the completed ritual does a lot of damage.
The General: missile on the armed Bulldog, then a rifle; be fast or run away.
The Veteran Kid: bring plenty of ammo, use the stun grenade to separate him from Shaundi, then run and shoot; repeat.
