- Boogeyman, Vince McMahon, Tazz, The Masked Man, Ric Flair: complete the RTWM mode with The Undertaker, Batista/Rey, CM Punk, Chris Jericho and Triple H respectively (for Ric Flair beat Randy Orton at WrestleMania in the Evolution story).
- DX outfits for Triple H and HBK: complete RTWM with Triple H after teaming with Shawn Michaels at No Way Out. Entrance/Revolution: complete RTWM with Triple H following the Evolution road. John Cena and Tony's Jeep: complete RTWM with John Cena.
- Jillian Hall: as Triple H, win the tag match in Week 7. Layla: as CM Punk, beat Big Daddy V at No Way Out in under 2 minutes in Week 8. Snitsky: as John Cena, make MVP bleed in Week 11.
- Hornswoggle manager: as The Undertaker, beat Finlay in less time than Santino in Week 2. Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder: as Batista, hit Edge 2 times in Week 7. Tony: as John Cena, give the FU to Regal and Umaga in the tag match.

- Exhibition Gauntlet Match: as John Cena, beat Mr. Kennedy in under 2 minutes in Week 12. Saturday Night Main Event Arena: as Batista/Rey, hit every opponent with a finisher in Week 7. Hardcore Belt: win the Hardcore Championship.
- Chris Jericho's classic outfit: after the Royal Rumble ask Jeff Hardy about The Masked Man and defeat him. Old school Chris Jericho: defeat Jeff Hardy without using a finisher. Titantron for CAS: as Jericho, make Kennedy bleed in Week 12.
- CAS move sets 1 and 2: as Batista/Rey, have Batista win the Rumble (set 1) or Rey (set 2), the other loses to Edge at No Way Out and loses the Tag Team Title to Morrison and Miz. Set 3: as Triple H, push Edge in the Triple Threat Match.
- Rey Mysterio's alternate costume: as Batista/Rey, push John Morrison in a Tag Team match. Backstage and Storage Room: as CM Punk, push Morrison in the Triple Threat matches (Punk/Big Daddy V/Morrison, Week 10 for the Storage Room).

Created Superstar Abilities
- Bloodshed: make your opponent bleed 10 times and yourself 10 times. Cage Match: win a Cage Match by escaping in under 1 minute. Kip-up: win 6 championships. Springboard: win the Cruiserweight Championship.
- Move Theft: defeat 20 different Superstars. Object Specialist: 15 attacks with objects. Outside Dives: 25 dives. Table Match: break 40 tables (the announcer's table counts too).
- Fan Favorite: taunt 10 times in a match. Submission: try 7 Struggling Submissions in a match and win. Referee Shield: 5 losses by DQ, then win a championship. Lock Pick: challenge Y2J and escape from the Walls of Jericho.
- Dirty Pin: 5-star rank against 3 challengers with this ability. Possum Pin: defeat 3 Superstars with Possum Pin. Ladder Match: 5 stars in a Ladder Match against one of the Hardys. K.O.: 5 stars in a road to the title, excluding the match for the title.
To change the data or abilities of a created Superstar/Diva, restart the career with the same character (you lose the abilities obtained). With high attributes Resilience is slower and above an average of 8 you do not get Durability: always make a copy of the CAW/CAS right after creating it.
Unlockable Roads
- ECW and US Championship: complete the Intercontinental Championship road. Hardcore Championship: complete the United States Championship road.
- World Heavyweight and WWE Championship: complete the Hardcore Championship road.
Awards (selection)
- Minute Man: win in under 1 minute. Not Paid By The Hour: in under 2 and a half minutes. By A Thread: with less than 10% health. Don't Call It A Comeback: with less than 50% health.
- Invisible Superstar: win without taking damage. Suit Of Armor: without yellow damage. No Cover Charge: without ever pinning. This Is My Yard: without ever leaving the ring. Personal Space: without touching the rope.
- Greco-Roman Master: no strikes for the whole match. On Strike: no grapples. One-Trick Pony: only one attack or grapple. Minimalist: only 3 different attacks or grapples.
- Unsafe Workspace: destroy an announcer's table. Demolition Man: destroy them all. No Kitchen Sink?: hit the opponent with 5 different objects. Extreme Finisher: 2 finishers outside the ring.
- There Will Be Blood: make the opponent bleed within 1 minute. Seeing Red: win after being made to bleed. Plasma Scream: win with both bleeding. Could've Ended Sooner: 4 finishers.
- Pretzel Maker: one submission for each body part. Photo Opp: all the signature moves and finishers of the Superstars. The Human Autograph: 5 signature moves. Whipper Snapper: 5 Irish Whips.
- David Whups Goliath / Diva Whups Goliath: defeat a super heavyweight in 2 and a half minutes (as a cruiserweight or as a diva).
