Project Cloud Games' action RPG has just launched on Xbox Series X|S: Nintendo Switch 2 follows in two weeks, with the price cut to $34.99 across all platforms.
On September 25 the Korean action RPG The Relic: First Guardian landed on Xbox Series X|S too, two months after its debut on PC and PlayStation 5. The third stop is now close: Nintendo Switch 2, set for October 9.
Developed by Project Cloud Games and published by Perp Games, the title draws heavily on Korean folklore: more than 70 bosses, each built as a standalone folk tale rather than a simple obstacle to knock down. The dark fantasy setting and Soulslike combat put it in the same neighborhood as Lies of P, though with a visual identity of its own.
Perp Games paired the Xbox launch with a revised price: $34.99 on every platform, a permanent cut from the July launch price. Not a timed sale, then, but a real repositioning - a sign the publisher is chasing a wider audience over the long run rather than squeezing early buyers.
A new eight-minute deep-dive video also arrived in the past few days, covering exploration, combat, story and a taste of the bosses - material aimed more at people still deciding whether to buy it than at those already playing on PC or PS5.
