All boxers, including Mike Tyson: win the Bronze, Silver and Gold belts.
Undisputed champ mode: defeat Mike Tyson and win the Gold belt. Iron Mike (early Tyson): win the Mike Tyson challenge.
Codes
PS2 (at the "Press Start" screen): Square, Circle, L2, R2 unlocks all boxers, arenas and modes. L1, R1, X(2), Triangle, X unlocks additional custom boxer textures. Big head: Square, Circle, Up, Down. Small head: Square, Circle, Down, Up. Super mutant: Square, Left, Up, Triangle.
