Use the Book of Medicine to read the symptoms, not guess
Diagnosis is the heart of the game: study each patient's unsettling symptoms and cross-check them against the Book of Medicine before choosing a treatment. Guessing without consulting it almost always leads to the wrong cure.
Every achievement is obtainable since the March update
Until the March 23rd update, some achievements stayed locked because of a bug, but the community's official guide confirms they're all unlockable today with no exceptions. If you're going for full completion, you no longer need any workaround.
Save often: a progression-blocking bug has been reported
Some players have gotten stuck mid-playthrough because of a bug that prevents further progress. Save regularly instead of relying on a single checkpoint, so you can go back without losing hours of progress if it happens to you too.
