Unlockables
On the website www.fable2.com you can play the Pub Games puppy show: completing it gives you items to collect at the Guild House, in the chest near Cullis Gate. The combinations of choices (direction + Demon/Good + option):
- Book and Ink: Left + Demon + first option + Demon + third option.
- Doll and Tattoo: Down + Good + third option + Good + first option.
- 3-piece chicken costume: Left + Demon + first option + Good + second option.
Easy Experience and Money
- Infinite XP (outdated version, it refuses the online download): in Oakfield with at least 5,000 gold buy the first house near the woodcutter's job and sleep in the bed to get a speed bonus. In the Skills menu you will see "Speed" with a star: press Y, A(2) to move the experience from Speed to General Experience (the star stays) and repeat to rank up and buy all the skills, strengths and wills.
- Donations to the Temple of Light: after the easy money trick, donate everything: General Experience orbs appear near the pedestal that you collect with RT (thousands of points, depending on the donation).
- Co-op without a second profile: after a few levels plug in a second controller, start co-op mode, remove all of the henchman's skills from Controller 2 to return the experience to the pool, exit: the experience goes to your character. Repeatable.
- Experience Potion: buy a potion from a vendor in Bowerstone or Westcliff and use it after defeating enemies and before absorbing the Orbs: the percentage bonus also applies to the potion. You can buy many at the Crucible.
- Easy money: buy a cottage and set the rent to 100% by clicking on the property title, save, then set the system date to December 31, 2028, 11:59 pm, reload and choose "Continue": you become extremely rich. Save, set the clock back and repeat. Another way: buy the most expensive weapon in Bowerstone Slums and sell it to the traveling merchant at Fairfax Gardens (30% profit).
- Infinite "Rising Sun" weapons: after the quest "Donate To The Temple Of Light" and the Rising Sun auction, go back to Oakfield; at the fork stay left toward the ruins on top of the hill: on the left is the entrance of the Wellspring Quarry: enter, exit and receive another Rising Sun. Repeat.
- Easy love: the "Noble" clothes from the tailors make almost everyone love you. Cheaper houses: meet the seller: if you have a good personality let the bandits kill him, if bad kill him yourself: the price drops by about 250 gold. Chopper: with a partner henchman and leveling up together in the Crucible.
Legendary Weapons
- The Daichi (katana, 91 damage, Devastation/Bewitching/Killerwatt): after Brightwood Tower, at Cullis Gate turn left where the rails are broken and jump down to Archon's Knot; follow the road into the room, shoot the Orb on the wall, get past the room with the spikes (the candles show the safe path, copy the statues' expressions, use Slow Time), open the chest and take the key; outside Brightwood go right: the chest contains the weapon.
- Hammerthyst (hammer, 78): blow a kiss to the Demon Door in Oakfield (in the mill); you also get the Marital House and the book "Come Hither Dear". Calavera (mace, 67, Flame): Westcliff Demon Door. Chopper (axe, 96): 8 perfect rounds at the Crucible.
- The Maelstrom (saber, 58): Temple of Shadows; get 2,000 points and sacrifice a spouse and 3 priests between midnight and 1 am. The Rising Sun (staff, 61): Temple of Light; donate 5,000 gold and then 10,000 gold between noon and 1 pm.
- The Enforcer (blunderbuss, 177): complete "Cold Comfort Farmer" and "The Blind Date", buy Farmer Giles' farm and use the key in the stable. The Perforator (turret rifle, 81): Wraithmarsh Demon Door, in a cave at the back. The Rammer (crossbow, 119): Gargoyle treasure (destroy all 50). The Red Dragon (pistol, 41): score 175 at the Westcliff shooting range.
Demon Doors
- Forgotten Prison (Bowerstone Cemetery): feed it meat (a chicken): you receive strength, skill and will potions. Dwelling (Oakfield): it wants true love: propose to a person in front of the door (or kiss your spouse). Memory Lane (Rookridge): make your dog perform 4 different skills (life potion).
- Terry Cotter's Army (Wraithmarsh): you need at least 10 followers: travel to "Flooded Farm" and kill the Banshee with Time Magic. The Barren Sea (Bower Lake): answer with the expressions in order: Laugh, Fart, Point and Laugh, Middle Finger, Rude Act, Growl, Furious Roar, Pray, Dance and Blow a Kiss.
- The Tomb (Brightwood): you need cheese, then be as ugly as possible (Muttonchops, noble shirt or blouse, farmer's hat, dreadlocks, Strumpet skirt). The Vault (Westcliff): corruption greater than purity (buy cottages and raise prices and rents); reward: Calavera. Winter Lodge (Wraithmarsh-Bloodstone road): perform a perfect mime (Master Sword). The Sanctuary (Fairfax): it opens only if it is the last one left; reward: Marcus's poem and 50,000 gold.
Sculptures, Silver Keys and Gargoyles
- Sculptures (then go to the sculptor in Oakvale for the Renown): Bloodstone (harbor); Brightwood (north, near the gate and the ruined castle); Fairfax Castle (in the water circle); Oakfield (near the Sandgoose Inn); Westcliff (near the shooting range).
- 50 Silver Keys: scattered in all the regions (Bandit Coast, Bloodstone, Bower Lake, Bowerstone Cemetery, Market and Old Town, Brightwood, Fairfax Castle, Oakfield, Rookridge, Westcliff and Wraithmarsh); the dog reacts when you are close. They are needed to open chests: 1, 5, 10, 15, 20 keys and 50 for the Fairfax Castle treasure (throne room) after buying it.
- 50 Gargoyles: scattered around the world (you hear them before seeing them); use the Good Aim skill; the first gives you a map and starts the quest to destroy them all.
