Forza Horizon 6 received the British Automotive series update on September 7, on Xbox Series X|S and PC (Xbox app and Steam). The new feature that remains forever is Drift Attack, a points-based mode at the Shimanoyama Circuit that combines drift zones with Horizon Drift competition: you accumulate points by drifting, with multipliers in marked zones. Completing it unlocks the 1990 Jaguar XJ-S Forza Edition.
The Festival Playlist started on September 10 and runs until October 8, with ten cars up for grabs. Three are new to Horizon: the 2025 Bentley Continental GT Speed (80 points, the big prize), the 2019 Ginetta G40 Junior, and the 2006 Vauxhall Astra VXR, both at 20 points. Car Pass holders receive four more cars, one per week: the 2025 McLaren W1 from September 10th, the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 from September 17th, the Renault Sport Spider from September 24th, and the 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupé 'Luftauto 002' from October 1st. The W1 also has advanced paint options, part by part.
Fixes include wheels appearing out of place on some cars. On PC, other players' characters no longer disappeared from cars with low detail settings, and there's an option to separate audio and subtitle languages. Finally.
For those still chasing the Bentley: October 8th is just a few days away. After that comes Horizon Meets, featuring the temporary '7-Eleven Konbini Evolving World' and a permanent EventLab pack. On the PS5 version, Microsoft still only says "later in 2026," without a date. Have you already bought the Continental?
